摘要:液氦溫區高頻脈沖管制冷機具有體積功耗小、質量輕、低振動等優點,因此在太赫茲通信、深空探測和空間科學實驗等方面的應用具有獨特的優勢,是國內外深低溫機械式制冷機的研究熱點。而低溫回熱材料的性能是制約深低溫制冷機發展的關鍵因素。利用實驗室自主設計的液氦溫區兩級脈沖管制冷機及北京科技大學提供的Gd2O2S(GOS)材料,從填充長度等方面,對回熱材料在液氦溫區高頻脈沖管制冷機的應用進行了實驗研究。實驗結果表明,在目前工況下,回熱材料HoCu2的實驗效果是優于GOS,并對此做出了分析和解釋。

Abstract:The high frequency pulse tube cryocooler which can achieve 4.2 K(liquid helium temperature)has the advantage of low electromagnetic,light weight and small volume. It would be used in the field of THz communication,deep space exploration and space science experiments. At the same time,it is a hot research area in mechanical cryogenic refrigerator. The performance of regenerator materials has a vital influence on the development of cryogenic efrigerator. Based on the two-stage pulse tube cryocooler working at liquid helium temperature which is a independent self-design in our laboratory and the regenerator materials of Gd2O2S provided by University of Science and Technology Beijing,the paper shows a series of experiment studies which focus on the regenerator materials of GOS. The result of experiments points out that the regenerator materials of HoCu2 is better than GOS under current conditions. And the phenomenon is specifically discussed in the paper.
