2022年10月27日至10月29日,第十屆中國半導體設備年會(CSEAC 2022),在無錫太湖國際博覽中心拉開帷幕。作為世界領先的等離子電源供應商,霍廷格電子受邀參加此次會議,并現場搭設展臺與各大半導體設備企業進行現場交流。
From October 27th to 29th, 2022, the 10th China Semiconductor Equipment Annual Conference (CSEAC 2022) was held in Wuxi Taihu. As the world's leading supplier of plasma power, TRUMPF Hüttinger was invited to attend the conference and set up a booth for communication with major semiconductor equipment companies.
本次半導體設備年會包括1場高峰論壇、1個現場展示會和6個專題分論壇。會議邀請到半導體行業的專家學者,針對不同主題做出專題報告,給參會人員帶來一場最前沿、最專業的知識盛宴。線下展覽展示則吸引了來自全球超190家企業參展。
CSEAC was consisted of 1 summit forum, 1 live exhibition and 6 thematic sub-forums. The conference invited experts and scholars in the semiconductor industry to present on different topics, bringing a cutting-edge and most professional knowledge feast to the participants. The offline exhibition attracted more than 190 companies all over the world.

During the congress, many well-known semiconductor enterprises visited our booth and had a discussion of new technology in the industry.

We introduced the TruPlasma RF power supplies to customers in a wide range of applications including RIE, PECVD and Sputtering, the RF G2 series can be equipped with a customized RF matchbox, as well as shows the induction heating power supply for single crystal growth and epitaxy of traditional silicon based and third generation semiconductor materials.
